Rob loves the people-side of storytelling — and not just the folks in front of the camera, but those behind the lens, behind the scenes, and in front of the screens. He has produced stories across many genres on every platform winning Webbys and Emmys along the way. Pre-PTP, he was the Creative Director of the MacArthur Award-winning think tank, FrameWorks Institute. Rob's work stems from an underlying belief that what is smart and sophisticated can and should also be beautiful, compelling, and entertaining.

She has 20 years of leadership experience in the corporate world and is excited to bring her more buttoned up expertise into the creative space in her role at PTP.
Gary keeps PTP’s books in a state of sparkling balance and brilliance. An accomplished entrepreneur himself, he has built and scaled a number of businesses across many different domains. Coming from a humble background, Gary takes pride in making sure that every dollar is bringing maximum value to everyone involved in a production.

Ian provides the vibes at PTP — and so much more. He has been in the intelligent entertainment business since he was five. Moving from a mountaintop in Tennessee to Washington, DC in 2006, he began producing films. He has produced award winning shorts and contributed to numerous documentary features. Previously, he founded The Lookout, a video collective in Adams Morgan which was the heart and the start of the current DC filmmaking scene.
Shane makes sure that every frame of every PTP project is perfect. Originally from South Africa, he has spent most of his life finding the perfect lens and light for every kind of story you can imagine. While his skillset and stylistic acumen is diverse, if he had his druthers, he’d be out filming in nature — shoes off, camera on.
Matt contains that very rare and valuable mix of deep creativity and extreme attention to organizational detail. When it comes to post production he can do it all — from the file structure to the story, sound, and color. After a production is wrapped, Matt is the magician who turns raw materials into masterpieces. Fittingly, when he’s not firing off keyboard shortcuts, you can find him in his workshop working metal, leather, and wood products into functional works of art.
Moises makes moves — and movies. He makes sure that everything that moves in PTP’s work ends up moving our audiences. Born in Brazil, Moises has worked across every aspect of production, from pre-to-post, and specializes in motion graphics and explainer animations. We are not sure when or if he sleeps, but we’ve never seen him flinch at a single set of last minute feedback.
Steve is a recovering band member who years ago decided to get on the other side of the mics and hasn’t looked back. He’s worked on sound and scores for scores of feature documentaries, commercials, and pieces for major networks and streamers that have won every award from local film festivals to Oscars. Steve shatters the “sound guy stereotype” and is the best person you could find yourself sitting next to at craft services.
Joe knows sound — if you can hear it, he can make it. Since starting his career in 2009, he’s been creating music and audio for all forms of commercial media, and chances are you've heard his work across your favorite TV, radio, and social media channels. In his spare time, he likes to work on short personal projects as exercises that challenge sonic conventions.
Holly has been making websites since before you knew what a website was. She is a web developer, designer, and publisher of traditional (print) and digital publications. When she’s not working on perfecting PTP’s web presence, Holly and her hummingbirds head up HollyWorks from her home in Southern Maine.
William does the heavy lifting that brings PTP projects from concept to complete. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Georgia with degrees in Entertainment and Media Studies and a Minor in Film Studies. His production passions are wide-ranging, including directing, cinematography, editing, and camera operation. William works long days and nights delivering excellence in every aspect of his work (and will one day be all of our bosses).
